M.O.S.T. Commons
The Maryland Open Source Textbook (M.O.S.T.) Commons is an online space designed to support faculty and staff in discovering materials, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing OER to improve curricula.

OpenStax
Publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed, openly licensed college textbooks that are free online and low cost in print. Many textbooks also include integrated assignments and activities.

Open Textbook Library
Publishes complete textbooks that are free online and have already been adopted by multiple higher education institutions.

OER Commons
Includes a wide range of OER materials including activities, lesson plans, assignments, and textbooks.

Canvas Commons

You can find additional OER in Canvas Commons. The button for Canvas Commons is located on the menu bar on the left side of the screen above the help button. Search for content in your discipline and use the filters button to limit your search results to a specific type of source (textbooks, assignments, etc.) as well as results appropriate for the college level. You can also check the filter Mount St. Mary's University to see resources that Mount faculty have developed and shared with the community.
