CHEM 201L is taught by Dr. Jason DeBoer, and Dr. Sarah Krueger. Questions about the course and associated projects should be sent directly to your instructor.
During the course of this laboratory, you will be engage in a series of experiments designed to introduce key techniques used in the synthesis and identification of organic compounds. These activities will involve hands-on work with chemical reactions, data collection, and analysis.
As part of your lab work, you will be expected to write full lab reports that include discussion sections supported by external scholarly sources. This guide is designed to support your research needs by providing access to relevant databases, research strategies, and tips for locating high-quality scientific literature.
For questions related to this guide, or assistance with locating scholarly resources, please contact Kevin Aughinbaugh, the Digital Services Librarian, and Liaison to the School of Science, Mathematics, & Technology.
